Preparation Method   

• Add a teaspoon (2g) of Thebu powder to a cup of hot water (150 ml) and stir well. Cover it and let it steep for about 8–10 minutes. Stir well again, strain, and drink. Consume on an empty stomach in the morning. (Always use a dry spoon to scoop the powder) 

Usage Instructions   

• For patients not taking any other medication for diabetes, we recommend consuming a teaspoon (approximately 2 grams) on an empty stomach every three days.
• If you are taking medication for diabetes, make sure to use it under the guidance of your doctor.
• For conditions other than diabetes, drinking this once a week is recommended.
• For best results, combine with a healthy diet.
