1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase  order number or receipt must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged:
Perishable goods  tea, cooked food, spices & grocery.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1.    Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
2.    Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
3.    Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the RAN inside the package.

4. Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
 Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part wrong item shipped or defective product.
Refund of Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will either:
Send a replacement at no additional cost.
* Issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
* Check your bank account or payment method.

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
